Having adjustments on both sides is increasingly becoming popular. One advantage is that with dual adjustment, it is easier to keep the buckle centered on a hip belt application. You can also vary the position of the “snapped together” male and female buckles in order to ensure placement is in the most conveniently accessible location on the pack. Another feature is that when the female buckle is not permanently sewn into a seam, the product can easily be replaced. While we have offered dual adjust product for a number of years, this year we introduce our Stealth® version.
